  Definitely not the best experience for me. I only booked services to move things from my garage to a loading truck I already had. After showing up 2 hours late. During the move, a few boxes were dropped. They were even labeled fragile and had my glassware in it. Half the glassware in that box was damaged. One of the moves after dropping a second box, took off his shoes to complete the move. Who does that?!?! . He said his shoes were not getting any traction. I actually had to help the other mover with carrying a few of my furniture items since the other couldn't handle it. The mover then mentioned to me that the other mover was not even a part of the truck which meant was not even suppose to be there. Normally, I would've just called the whole move off and got another moving company, but I had to be out my house that day due to someone else moving in. I even called support several times and put in a request for the items damaged, really haven't heard much back from them except for the sales reps who couldn't help but eventually put me into contact with claims. I even took pictures of the damages. I personally wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Please work on improving your process and customer care procedures.

  Mike and Corey were excellent movers. I’ve had three out of state moves and these guys were the best. They were incredibly responsive to let me know when they would be arriving and when they had hang ups (Atlanta traffic, weight station) and went above and beyond to take care of my furniture and maneuver through the small doors of my old home. They had a very long day moving me from Nashville to Atlanta but they kept a great attitude. Moves usually stress me out because in my experience the movers don’t take care of your stuff but I had nothing to worry about with these guys. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone!! Thank you!!

  Good Guys Moving were great. We had a 16-foot pod that needed to hold everything. The pod company's website was over-optimistic about their product's capacity. However, Brandon and Kyle arrived on time after giving me a courtesy call. They went straight to work and, amazingly, got almost everything in. Every bit of pod space was used. We had some items that did not get in, but Kyle and Brandon ensured that the left-overs we had to deal with were as few and as manageable as possible. I highly recommend them. They were careful with our property, they were easy to work with, they were friendly and professional, and they knew their business. Thanks, Good Guys. SECOND REVIEW: Good Guys unpacked our pod and performed just as before. They were careful with our possessions, they worked hard and didn't stop, they were pros. Highly recommend them.
