  You all are outstanding. Had a bunch of liquid jar items to send overseas. Ruby figured out the packing stuff I needed and even packed it herself. All I had to do was drop off my stuff and pick it up the box an hour later. Well worth the time saved. Will be using y'all from now on.

  The lady who checked me in was very rude. Her attitude was disgusting. She needs to realize if it was not for customers like me that pay, she wouldn't have a job. Leave her in the back where she can be rude to the boxes not to paying customers.

  The lady is absolutely unprofessional and rude and I think she's the owners wife! She was rude on the phone and rude when I went in in person! Get a new front desk person who knows a little more about customer service. They were late making my box and I was completely understanding. The least she could do was be respectful. She wouldn't even let me in to grab my custom box because I CAN'T wear a mask for health reasons. She's been awful every time I have used this place.
