They looked over it closely ahead of time and showed me any concerns or issues with it so that we were all on the same page. When they put it in place for me, they even fixed one of the pedals that hadn't been connected. I have a split in one of the joints and they made recommendations on options for fixing it. They were careful and effective. Couldn't ask for more. They were even understanding when I had to run to the bank. (I hadn't realized they didn't take cards.) If I ever have to move items again like this, they will be on my list of 'go-to' for sure."
