  "I’m giving one star because I can’t give a lower score. I contracted with Heritage in August 2021. I was under the impression that I had scheduled a specific moving date. Boy, was I wrong!! Every call to their dispatchers and managers about the whereabouts of my movers lead to delay after delay. I found out that another move had been schedule prior to mine. And what I thought was originally scheduled for the morning of my move date ended up being very late the evening. Dispatchers were rude and condescending. Even told me I didn’t “understand the moving business.” . I cancelled my move and tried to dispute the charges to no avail. Well, I now understand a lot about the moving business. I know not to ever use Heritage again!!"
