Rick and his crew of two were easy to work with and did a very good job moving a hot tub into my back yard with very tricky access issues. From the beginning, they were timely and responsive to my inquiry, thorough in gathering photos and information from me in order to base their estimate on detailed information, and good with follow up. On the day of the move I was impressed with their work ethic as they persisted in working methodically through several different phases until they were able to move my hot tub over a wall and into my back yard. They also cared about a plant that got a bit damaged in the process and took the time to help repair it. They provided me a discount as a healthcare professional, which was also appreciated. I would use their services again and recommend them to others.
