Yesterday, I booked a last minute appointment to move my belongings out of my old apartment and into my new one. Imperial was very professional. They responded very quickly and offered me a reasonable price (while others demanded hundreds more, wont be available for days and uninsured so I'd have to pay for them to get a license). The movers showed up an hour early (which was a blessing because our building doesn't allow outside workers in the building after 5pm). They handled all of my furniture with professionalism and care. None of my properties were damaged and they did everything so quickly! I would definitely recommend this company, and a special shout out to the super awesome guys that did the job: Javier and Siarhei!!!

BEWARE: these people destroyed almost every single piece of furniture they touched. Leather sleeper sofa: torn. Leather ottoman: ripped. Velvet sofa: marked up. Framed artwork: damaged beyond repair. Suitcase: crushed. And they tried to overcharge me repeatedly, and then demanded 20% tips. Just a terrible experience top to bottom
