  I could not be happier with the experience I had with John Irish Movers. He was so polite and very caring. He understood my needs and was very professional. His team of movers were so competent and were so careful in handling my property. They wanted to please and went out of their way to package and box all of my belongings with a neat and professional way. I give John and his team an exceptional recommendations. Shirley Levy

  I did not end up using this company because they were rude and would not come out to give an estimate. They had prejudged my job and seemed unwilling to take it. Who turns down work? It was not a large job, I’m sure that is why. They gave an extremely exaggerated guesstimate over the phone. I wanted them to see what was moving and get a better estimate. They wanted me to call them back after getting other estimates....poor customer service!!

  Thanks Mary for your review. As discussed on the phone, I am the owner of Irish Express and I do not have April the 26th. available for your move. I understand you wanting to collect several estimates to compare all of our prices but we simply are too busy on April 26th. to take on another move. It made no sense for me to do an on-site estimate for your move without having a crew available on April 26th. I (not they) offered you other dates but you were focused on April 26th......On a personal note, you also sounded a bit crazy on the phone.....Thanks however for your Inquiry with regards to an estimate of costs.   I'm a professional organizer and interior designer. I've used Irish Express several times. I've had such excellent experiences with them, they're now my go to for all project. John understand what customer service means and he hires people who are experienced. The movers have been professional, personable, careful, and fast. Love these guys!
