I could not say more about how wonderful this company is. I booked a piano move for today, when they arrived at my house with the piano, I was asleep. They had to bring the piano back to the original owners house. They were kind enough to deliver the piano once I had woken up. They went back to the original owners home, picked up the piano again, and brought it back without any bad attitude, actually some of the nicest conversations I’ve had in a while. I was a wreck when I woke from my nap, frazzled and just devastated that I had inconvenienced them so much. Anne, the receptionist, was so so so nice. I was crying, she calmed me down. It was a pretty rough morning but they made my day. Nothing but great service, prompt delivery, and amazing workers.

Customers should know that the company recently sold and is now called AJP Piano Specialists. A number of the employees are the same folks from Jones. We’ve used Jones Moving & Delivery (now AJP) to move our piano twice now, and they’ve taken good care of us and given us excellent prices. They also have great customer service.
