Garbage. There's a reason there's more 1 star reviews than 2-5 combined. Lasership says the package was "attempted", but is " undeliverable" and is now claiming " there's an issue with the delivery address, contact the retailer". Retailer says to talk to Lasership. You can't get ahold of anyone on the phone. Sending message online gets you a generic response that say they'll respond in 72 hours. So now my package is delayed 3 more days minimum. I will no longer by from any company that uses them. This was a Victoria's Secret order. I see Walmart uses them too.

IF YOUR ORDER SAYS ITS GETTING DELIVERED BY THIS CARRIER, CANCEL IT IMMEDIATELY. THEY WILL NOT DELIVER IT!! I've gotten in contact with them 5 TIMES and got no word until the last time where I had to call the office local to me. They said they would get it figured out. My order was supposed to be here NOVEMBER 27TH. They said they delivered it today. IT'S NOT HERE!!! THIS WAS AN IMPORTANT ORDER THAT I NEEDED ASAP AND I WILL PROBABLY NEVER GET. I NEVER write reviews, but my horrible experience with this carrier changed that today.

This company is a joke!! I have given additional information for them to deliver my package and they can't even get this right!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! UPS and FedEx deliver to our house with no problems!!!!
