Can I give 6 stars??? Gretchen at LifeStorage was absolutely amazing. I wanted to rent a 10x30, but with those sold out I wanted to rent 2 units together. But they only had 1 available. I asked her to put me on a wait list to see if another one might open up close by--AND SHE REMEMBERED ME! How often does a customer service person actually remember to check a waitlist? Honestly, she probably would have remembered my name even without checking--because she just seems the type to remember names (which always impressed me). I was able to cancel a different unit that was farther away, and swap to the new location next to my first unit. WHAT a lifesaver! I was stressing about paying the movers extra to have to pick up at 2 very different storage unit locations. She made that part of my moving stress disappear. I will recommend this location, and especially encourage people to ask to speak with her. Whew--thanks!

Gretchen,the store manager at the Thompson Rd., Cicero NY location was so helpful in renting my storage unit. From the moment I talked with her on the phone about having a Pod dropped there to the final loading of my unit, she was so nice and courteous and professional. She even helped me get the unit locked back up when I was having a problem with it. Definitely feel good about renting at this location. I wish all customer service people were as nice as Gretchen!!

Stopped in momentarily ask about some details of a unit and Sam and Gretchen were very knowledgeable and helpful. Should we end up needing the space, this is the first property we’ll go to.
