Amanda Strong was amazing when checking in, she even showed me where my storage was and helped me with the new lock since I was a little confused on how to use it. And Pheonix was great when I had to check out. They were very professional and the storage unit was extremely clean. Definitely will be coming back to them if I ever need a storage again.

Stopped by to let them know I would be vacating in two weeks and after telling Phoenix dukes my two unit numbers, he tells me I only have one unit. The other unit is empty and has already been cleaned out. I told him there is no way. He says it’s right there, on the computer. I told him I am paid in advance and I have the keys. He again tells me it is empty and has been cleaned out. I was freaking out. I took off, running to the elevator and up to the second floor where my units are. Thank goodness all of my stuff is there. But now, I don’t trust this company at all. This was my first experience with a storage facility and my entire life is stored there so to be told multiple times that my unit is empty and has already been cleaned out, is unacceptable. The worst part, Phoenix Dukes saw how upset I was and never tried to assist or apologize.

It was very easy to rent, move in, and move out. I would still be renting but I just bought a house. I would definitely recommend this facility! It felt secure and being inside protected it from bugs and other things outdoor units may be subjected to
