I’ve only had great experiences with Life Storage in general and this was no exception. I’ve had items here in the temperature controlled area for several months and it was a safe and clean place to store my items and was a no-hassle experience. I move out without any issues as well! Thanks to the manager who called me to confirm my move out!

If it snows, bring a shovel. They do not assume responsibility for shoveling out your unit. If there is someone on staff, they'll kindly point you in the direction of a shovel you can use. If you're paying to access a unit, I'd imagine you'd want accessibility to it.
