Used the online rent application and it was so easy, no glitches (unusual these days). Got to Life Storage to move in and Leona was super helpful and nice. She thought of everything! She gave us a lock with a letter opener attached to open its plastic container, how cool is that?! The unit and premises were meticulously clean. There are elevators and carts to help unload and transport (we are on the 3rd floor and it was a piece of cake). We were so lucky to run across this storage place, I'd recommend it wholeheartedly to everyone.

Leona is by far and away one of the most helpful humans in a customer facing position in a long time. Kind, engaging, and incredibly welcoming. I highly recommend this place for all storage needs. On a personal note, Thank You Leona, you made a very difficult day, a lot more easeful.
