A week ago I would have rated this company 1-5 stars. I am rating it 3 trying to give this business the benefit of the doubt, though for my 5th move in my military career, it was by far the most stressful. I found myself in the middle of corporate chaos which should never be allowed to be reflected on any customer. My initial driver showed up hours late, only to inform me that he would most likely not return to finish up packing due to business complications. received another driver which will be spoken of below this review. Multiple times from start to finish, I would have to be the one to call to get any type of information. Customer service felt like they would take information but never pass it on. A manager spoke to me and my spouse on promises that could not be kept, essentially telling us what we wanted to hear. In the end I did get my stuff, but I hope that with a new name, and new management, this company can get back to doing good business. Edit: I would like to note that my follow up driver was John and Amanda. They did an amazing job with the information that was given to them. They finished my pack out, and were professional, and helpful as much as they possibly could be. If I could have made another review, I would have them as a 5 out of 5, and would recommend to anyone.

Lynn Moving and Storage helped me with my move to Kentucky from California. They were courteous, on time, professional, and helped with all my questions and gave me advice on how to claim furniture that was damaged in California. I was able to work with John and Amanda B, Justin R, and Lamontray S. Ronald P, and Preston A were able to help me with debris pick up after everything was downloaded. Give them your trust and business, they will take care of you.

Amanda, Keisha and Lindsey were very professional in their job and very attentive of our household goods. They were on time and responsive. I have moved many times with the military and this experience with a relocation company has been the best.
