Requested a storage unit big enough for a car to fit into they rented me a 10x20 with a side door that I could not get my car into and had to leave the car outside. I contacted them about it to see if they had a bigger unit and they rudely told me that I better move my car before they do and I will not like the bill, they offered no help to a paying customer and then send threats via email, thanks Trent Kidder you are some piece of work

The City of Manistee does not allow outdoor storage and we cannot allow vehicles to be parked outside without being in violation of city ordinances. Sorry the policy was not explained to your satisfaction. Your feedback is appreciated.
