  Medal of Honor Moving Group was very easy to work with. Responded quickly to requests and questions. Initially we just wanted 2 people to help us with the moving since we have boxes, a calking sized bed with 2 end tables and tables to move but they suggested that having another person would make it more efficient and were right! Packed our 3 bedroom home including a player piano in just over 3 hours. Very organized and great communication throughout. If you need to move anything - these are the guys to call!

  I arranged a move with Medal of Honor moving back in June. The company boasted that they were run by exmilitary personnel and would give me special treatment since I was connected to the military. They gave me an estimate after we carefully went over each item to be moved from Virginia to Florida...we talked about the sizes of boxes and exact measurements on furniture to be moved. I received an estimate of about $2000 and when the movers arrived and loaded their truck, the head of the moving team informed me that he was charging me an extra $2000 and if I did not pay he would unload and leave items on the street. I paid the money because i had already arranged to move. When I got to Florida, one man appeared with a Laundry truck with my items and said he would move it himself. I told him he could not do that since it took three people to get the furniture on the truck. He said he could do it after asking me to borrow a hand truck from my condo building manager. Then he asked the staff at the building to help him move the items because he could not do it himself. After he delivered he was missing a box spring for one of my beds and the custom shelves that went with my entertainment center. He had no idea where they were and told me to file an insurance claim. Then he told me I owed him extra money for the move at his end and actually asked me for a tip.. I told him the tip should go to the maintenance guy who helped with the move and he said he refused to pay him so I paid him some money. I would NEVER recommend these movers...Their insurance people never returned my calls and I left hundreds of messages with no one returning my calls . This was the worst moving experience I have ever had! The move cost me over $5000 for two beds, one entertainment center,, one glass cabinet and seven medium sized boxes!!! I have called Seven on Your Side on TV to try to expose these crooks but am waiting for more response. The Ownwe says he does not have enough information. My name is Page and I moved from McLean to West Palm Beach and he knows all about this disaster!!

  My husband and I want to thank Medal of Honor Moving Group for their hard work and attention given to the demands of our moving situation. They were extremely responsive when I was requested a quote and asked endless questions. It took about 2 1/2 hours total, which was a surprise since we had a good amount of stuff for them to move. In addition to the packing, the help and efficiency of setting up and unpacking was such a huge help and done very thoughtfully. Overall, really fantastic service. Would highly recommend (and use again).
