  Do not use this company! They are super unprofessional. I paid for them to pack all my entire apartment including all my furniture, several TVs, art work and other valuable. I stored it at their facility for over a year and paid for highest value of insurance. I hired them to move my items across the country but when I finally got my items (after delays and miscommunications by the company), they broke and damaged most of my items. They even transported some of my items on the outside of a truck!!! Drivers demanded cash and threatened to drive away if I didn’t pay. Two flat screen TVs were ruined, my stearns and foster mattress set looked like it had been dragged in the mud, all my lamps were smashed, my west elm furniture was missing parts or badly damaged. Also, a ton of my art and fragile decor was in pieces and smashed. Now they won’t take responsibility for their gross incompetence and the company only wants to give me pennies on the dollar for over $20k of damages which was a low estimate to begin with and can’t replace all the one of a kind art work that they destroyed. If I could give them negative stars, I would!!! Please save yourself the headache and use someone else.

  This is the second time I’ve used Moishe’s, and they’re great. The person who helped book everything, Cynthia C. Is helpful, responsive and gives great guidance on what to expect in pricing. Their prices are great, and estimates are accurate. They also have an efficient system of dispatchers who are constantly in touch with paperwork and next steps. The teams who helped the loading were excellent too - Andre V. the team leader for the packing part was polite, efficient, organized and a really nice guy. I would recommend Moishe’s to anyone worrying about a long distance move

  Everything went smoothly, which all you really want when you move. The experience from start to end was great. The in-home estimate representative was awesome and gave me a great quote. The day of the move, the movers were quick and efficient. They delivered my items to the new place with no hassle or fuss. Would recommend and use them again for any future moves.
