Used these movers for my office move. They lost my external hard drive while moving my office just within the same building. I have a photo of the drive (with a moving label on it) in my office immediately prior to the move, but yet none of the movers can recall seeing it. Thousands of work files lost and hours and hours of work productivity gone. Only received nominal compensation because they base loss compensation on the weight of the item (unless you can prove theft). Horrible experience. I would not recommend using these movers for anything important.
