  Highly recommended! I was supposed to move on a Friday and the shady movers I hired never showed up! I was by myself & completely panicked! I jumped on Craigslist and saw Moving Experts. Heather answered the phone and was very compassionate and professional and booked me for that Sunday, very short notice. They were on time, jumped right into the job, worked very fast, packed well, courteous and polite, careful with my belongings, nothing broken or scratched. Heather answered the phone *every single time* I called that weekend to check in or touch base. They did an excellent job, hire with confidence!

  The first moving crew I had scheduled pulled a no-call, no-text, no-show, leaving me up a creek without a paddle. I called moving experts, who agreed to come out first thing the next morning with 2 guys to unload the 2 x 16' moving pods that were floor-to-ceiling all the way to the doors In just over 3 hours these guys were able to completely empty my moving containers. Nothing was damaged or broken going up or down the stairs, not even my 120 Gal fish tank. Hopefully I'll never have to pack my house up and move again, but when I do I'll be calling these guys for the packing, moving, and unloading.

  Do not use this company. I had been communicating about my move since March 1, 2016. The company owner came to my house to survey all of the boxes and furniture I had to move in my house. He told me he would be able to make the move on for me starting at 8 AM on Friday March 25, 2016. On March 24, 2016 the night before the move (8 PM) I text him to say are we still confirmed for tomorrow. He tells me yes I will be there at 9 AM. I text back and asked we agreed on 8 AM, why 9 AM? He then proceeded to text me back "Go ahead and find somebody else I think it is getting a little rough over here, I hate the world with stress". I text what does that mean and he never returned any of my texts. The night before my move I had to scramble to try and find another moving company and truck on good Friday. I can't believe someone would be that unprofessional. Do not use this company.
