  I still cannot believe how fabulously everything worked out!! I reached out to NJ Wise Moving on Monday and within 5 min(maybe less) Jeanne messaged and called me. I was given an exact breakdown of costs and all the charges (charge per hour along with tax, tolls and tip). Over the phone on Monday we were able to book the company for Thursday’s move. Jake and his crew were prompt, professional, and courteous. They arrived in the time window given, texted when 30 minutes away and got straight to work upon arrival. They wrapped and packed our house up quickly yet without sacrificing quality. Upon arrival to our other home they moved with speed and efficiency yet never in a rushed or haphazard manner. Again and again I would recommend this company! It was truly an amazing experience!

  I just had a move yesterday. I lived in a place for 25 years and there were a lot of things I needed to toss. From my initial interaction with Jeanne, everything went smoothly. I just blindly sent out a request to movers and Jeanne was very professional, didn't take up a lot of my time, she was the absolute best. I remember another mover contacting me and they were in central Jersey. I told the man that i found someone in north jersey and he asked if I liked them. I said, YES, I truly like them. He wanted NJ Wide's info so he could refer some people to them if he got any other calls for Bergen County. The movers were scheduled to come between 8 am - 10 am. They called me at 7:45am and said they were 10 min from my home. I said go get coffee/breakfast and then come. They were good with that. Three men arrived and they assessed and got right to work. I had one large piece of furniture that I wasn't sure I was going to take because I wasn't sure it would fit at the new place. The movers couldn't even get it out my door. They didn't complain but i asked if they could dismantle and take it to the trash bins at the back of the complex. They did so and again, not one complaint. We arrived at the new place, I paid them and the one lead guy told me that the tip amount on the order was optional. I paid them the entire tip amount of $175 because they deserved it. I think it's kind of criminal to have people move an entire apartment or house and offer them a $10 tip. Anyhow, I thought NJ Wide Moving was fair in price, and again so professional and efficent. Thank you NJ Wide Moving for a wonderful and smooth moving day. I am sluggish now but comfortable in my new place.

  NJ Wide was extremely professional with their move. Jake and the guys were so helpful. They arrived on time and worked tirelessly until the job was done. They disassembled my bed and put it back together at the new house. They took great care with all of my furniture and made sure to put everything where I wanted it in my new home. Their prices were very reasonable. I would recommend NJ Wide and would use them again for any future moves.
