Having my fair share of bad luck lately with Penske shop repairs, I pulled into the Liverpool shop with low expectations....I was happily misguided. This is the way a penskeshop should be run and staffed. They took the time and energy to repair my hub seals correct. From the mechanics up to management, I was thoroughly impressed.
