I rented a Penske truck from this location but was told I had to drive an extra 10 miles to get my truck the day before. Okay, bad experience, I thought.. but day of move in, after picking up and driving the truck from the other location for 5 miles, I ran into an issue that required returning the truck. These guys worked tirelessly to find me another truck and never once blamed me for the issue in the first truck. Friendliest people I've ever rented from and that absolutely made up for having to drive further! I don't think I'd ever go back to Uhaul!

Excellent place clean trucks friendly people great environments. I've used U-Haul in the past but I have never been as satisfied as I have been with Penske and the great customer service they provide.

Very friendly staff and professional. Dena was great and went the extra mile for me even after I had to change my rental plans 3 different times. I highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again in the future.
