Today's rental went very smooth. My ride waited for me until I was in the truck. The truck was waiting and ready to go. I called the number on the window. He passed the Paperwork through the key drop, and I was out of there in a few minutes. It was a pleasant experience. Even though it was cold and snowing out. The previous time I rented using this location I had the person who brought me drop me off and leave. It was raining and cold. No one was inside or picked up the phone for an extended period of time. When he finally appeared he couldn't understand me on the phone and there was an issue where we had to cancel and redo the reservation. The price went up. I was cold and wet and miserable and it seemed to take forever. This experience was greatly improved. If I ever use them again and it goes well they'll get more stars. Hopefully the first rental here was just a fluke, and the second one is the norm.

The store manager Ben went above and beyond to make our local move very pleasant. He was very busy on a Saturday morning. Although he was working by himself, he was very organized and got all the customers, including ourselves, into trucks in a very timely manner. This is the place to call and pick up your truck from. They also have great prices on locks, moving boxes and supplies. The main business here is storage and if I ever need extra space I will definitely be calling Ben. Great service and a friendly guy. We will be back.

I do not run a truck here I rented a storage locker. They were quick and painless and so far I have absolutely no complaints. Their prices seem more than fair and I don't know what other compliments to pay them.
