  We used Pick Up Movers in FL for our House move on 24 August. We also paid for a full packing service. They sent a guy round to pack on Sunday between 8 am-1 pm. He turned up spot on the dot, was a nice guy, and did a great job of packing absolutely everything. We didn't move a finger on the packing front. The price for packing service was also very reasonable. Everything was packed perfectly and labeled clearly which really helped when unpacking. On move day, the weather was horrendous but three guys arrived well before the stated time of 8 am and began loading the lorry. Even though the weather was so bad, all our belongings were dried off and not soaked which is something I was really worried about. They covered the floor as well which was great. The entire house was packed up before 12 pm which was astonishing. We met the crew of three plus another two guys at the new property and they unloaded and built all our furniture by 5 pm. Considering we didn't arrive at the new place till 2 pm, they were super quick but thorough and professional.

  I moved at very short notice from KY to DE and in the space of 2 weeks from first contact, Pick Up Movers had picked up all my furniture and moved it into storage, where I then managed to add other things coming from different bits of the KY. The team in the office was always friendly and extremely helpful. The movers were polite and efficient. There was a small accident with the van on the way that delayed the arrival time, but I was always kept informed and the whole team went out of their way to get the problem resolved. All my furniture was delivered in perfect condition, with no damage or breakage. Thank you for making it such a smooth process!

  Be wary of no response if any items get broken! My experience with Pick Up movers seemed good until the end of the move. While the crew was professional, a couple of items were broken during the unloading (mainly glass table tops and a stone statue). These things happen and I was told by the foreman Vlad that he had sent pictures to Frank and he would be in touch with me the following day to discuss insurance coverage. Sounds reasonable, right? Frank never called. I tried calling and emailing him many times after I didn’t receive a call back and I have received absolutely no response. I cannot find any contact information for the company that does not lead directly to “Frank.” I am hopeful that following this review, someone from pick up movers will reach out to me to resolve this issue, which could have been handled quickly and amicably had they called me the next day as I was informed. Unfortunately, a continued lack of response will force me to take legal action to enforce my rights. I am not sure if the problem is Frank or the company policy as a whole, hence the middling star ranking. I sincerely hope they do not treat others this way and that they will contact me promptly to find an appropriate solution. Unless they do, I cannot in good faith recommend this company.
