FIVE STARS FOR THE STAFF!!!! The staff is super. Love Brittany. Super helpful, professional, and courteous. She greets you with a friendly smile and hello every time you come into the office. We were a bit disappointed with the facility...Our unit itself was fine (5065). The exterior doors are extremely cumbersome. You either need to force it to remain open - which they ask you not to - or you need two extra hands. It is impossible to carry furniture or even large, light objects in or out because you fight to open the exterior door while continuing to fight to keep it open. As you try to enter or exit your unit area and attempt to bring things in or out on a cart or dolly, you are forced to pick up the cart at the bottom to help it over the hump at the exit flooring/doorway. Nothing on wheels will make it over these two inch humps that span the entire width of the exit doorway(s). To help with that issue, we used a very thick piece of cardboard that allowed our dolly or cart to move over the hump. We moved with no man, so for us these obstacles were beyond difficult. Lastly, the carts provided were broken. As you tried to lift them over the hump(s) the large handle would come off causing additional difficulties. It is not easy getting in and/or out of your units if they are the heated/cooled units. All of our boxes, clothes - everything - smelled of smoke. People smoke in the hallways and units. I close with - management has hired a top-notch staff - accepting nothing short of superior customer engagement.

I have been using Plantation Storage for the past few years now. I highly recommend the facility. May it be for Storage units or Parking. The facility is well maintained. I also feel very secure with my belongings there. The staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Great priced storage location and very secure. I have rented here for just about 2 years and not a single issue or problem. I love being able to access my unit 24/7.
