Was super easy from start to finish . Drivers were professional and courtesy. People on the phone got to you quick and they were professional as well . And I saved approx $9000 by not using a moving company. And that was with the price of pods storing my pod for 6 month's

My initial dealing with Pod storage and delivery was a good one. The delivery of my Pods were scheduled and suddenly canceled for no apparent reason. It was reschedule for the following day , but now had to take off additional time from work. The transport charge was different from the original quote. I was suddenly billed for a different price. There wasn't an appropriate answer for why the transport charge changed. The delivery of the Pods weren't placed w were they were asked to be placed. My property although was in perfect condition. My overall experience was mixed and would consider different ways of Moving my belongings in the future!

Was a very smooth move to Florida. Delivered when they said. Picked up when they said. Driver's were excellent. All around an excellent job by all. Don't know if it was a good value because I didn't shop around.
