Overall terrible experience. The drop-off and pickup went smoothly with no problems. However, the origin facility apparently had only one lift which broke before my pod was able to be shipped. It took about 2 weeks for them to get it operational which then left me at my destination unable to work because I didn't have my computer, and with only what was in my suitcase for that entire time because of this mistake. No bed. 3 sets of clothes. No washer/dryer. No furniture. I've been trying to work with them to get some sort of claim done, but the customer service hasn't been very helpful. Most of the time my calls go unanswered as well as my emails.

Way too expensive. Pick up and delivery charges are rediculous. Moving a 12 ft POD 185 miles was going to cost almost $1,500.
