  I had no idea that a POD in my driveway would be against our neighborhood rules. POD should tell customers to check Before scheduling the POD. The pick up driver was extremely kind. Very refreshing!

  PODS was great to work with on helping me find some movers to load the PODS and very easy to set up auto payments. But, when it came to have my PODS delivered to West Virginia from Texas, they told me they could not deliver the pods to were I moved because it was very remote. Yes, its remote but no obstacles to get to my new home, plenty of room! I was told they can deliver anywhere when I first called them and the main reason why I went with pods. So, had to move my pods to a location that was 1 1/2 hour away and them got charged more money for that location in Virginia. Then had to hire some movers (pods didn't assist this time) to unload the pods and bring them to West Virginia. Very unsatisfied with pods and for this, I will never use them again.

  1. Beware of the quote they give you. Read the sizes and the estimates carefully no matter what they tell you will fit. Making you get additional containers seems to be their business plan. 2. Be aware that if there is a problem, you will spend hours and hours on hold and then they won't be of any help once you reach someone. 3. Check all charges carefully! The amounts are not the same as what you expect and the paperwork is done in such a confusing way that it's hard to determine what is happening. But for sure this is going to cost more than you expect. 4. There is a strong chance that there will be an unapproved charge of a large amount showing up on your card. No one will help you with this! You will be required to dispute it via your bank. Then watch for collections to get involved without them ever contacting you. 5. Just save the stress and anxiety and don't bother to do business with this terrible company.
