  PODS delivered to us on time and the drivers were very helpful. You can schedule the pick-up time and day that works best for your schedule. This gave us plenty of time to load & unload our POD. Would highly recommend for your move!

  It is impossible to talk to the local storage facility when you have a problem. The national people are of no value, other than filling out a complaint form. The local facility knew I had a stuck door, and that I had hired unloaders that were scheduled the next day. They never responded, and even after pleading for local management to help, I was told it would be four days before they could drive five miles to my location to get the stuck door freed or removed.

  Poorly managed POD deliveries, all 3 PODs were late, one was 9 days late. Lied to me regarding when my third POD would arrive at its destination, which also resulted in cancellation charge for a days labor by the unload company. They also over estimate the capacity of the POD in my opinion, resulting in furniture left behind which I need to replace..
