  Horrible. Do not use! Quoted my husband $4000 to move our small house south. Said it would be more to move his motorcycle. Never gave a price on that, which is our bad however, they charged $2500 to put it on the same truck and move it. On our paperwork it has $4000 crossed off, the $5000 crossed off and then totaled $6500. When asked the owner said because it was a liability, which I understand but i called several other places after the fact and was told it should have been $1000-$1300 more not $2500. They hire just anyone, not professional movers. They didn’t pack the truck correctly, just shoved things here and there. Also, they do not tell us what can and cannot be transported until day of move and thankfully my husband had a pickup truck to take what they wouldn’t. When they unpacked the truck I began to open boxes and had glasses broken, my tall wooden jewelers chest is scraped on one side and a big chunk of wood is missing. I have pictures of it. I had packed an expensive wooden ship, they movers repacked it, taped it squishing the box closed which resulted in 3 masts snapping in half. After I had it packed a certain way and wrote fragile do not stack anything on top, on the box. I have pictures of that. My husband handed one guy a bundle of garden stakes for fencing to the guy while he was in the truck and when they got here they were no where to be found. I call the owner and was told to send him the pictures and he would call me back that night or the next morning and I have heard nothing. I texted him several times the next afternoon and didn’t even get an acknowledgment. I would not recommend these guys at all if you value your wallet and your belongings. They cashed the check immediately and then when damages are brought to their attention it’s crickets on their end. They don’t care that their unprofessional inexperienced employees damage and ruin their customers belongings.

  I wish I could give them ZERO stars. First off, they showed up TWO HOURS LATE on closing day WITHOUT letting us know. They also showed up with 2 guys when we agreed upon 4 for the amount of property we had. They also ran out of space in their truck and left property behind in the old house. Then they scrambled to unload our belongings into our new homes grave and damaged the majority of our furniture. Then, Kyle demanded payment that night. The agreement was that they would arrive back at the old house which no longer belonged to us to retrieve the rest of our property the following day, they NO CALLED NO SHOWED AND DIDNT ANWSER PHONE CALLS OR TEXTS LEAVING US TO ASK FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO HELP US. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. THEY ARE AWFUL AND SHOULDNT BE IN BUSINESS. Unprofessional, disrespectful, unreliable, and careless. Everything you don’t want in a moving company.

  All goods we’re delivered undamaged which you had signed off stating. The statement you are making is highly not true. You fail to mention that the 2 guys spent 14 hours pleasing your every need. The furniture that was left behind was on your behalf due to the fact we drove 1.5 hours back to the old house to retrieve it but the new home owner had locked you out which is not our fault. Yes we do receive full payment at the end of the job which your job had been completed. We had also contacted you prior to coming and notified you about the inconvenience of being late and with only 2 movers. We had also not charged you travel time because of that. If you are going to make such bad statements at least make sure they a true.
