  I have been renting a unit for almost a year now and I must say I like the service here. Up until recent, I was renting a larger unit which accommodated my entire house. I recently moved but I still needed a smaller unit because I was leaving some things in storage. Kerri was more than helpful with my transition to my smaller unit. She was very professional, listened to my needs and met them. I would definitely recommend this location, it’s convenient and the staff is nice and friendly. Go see Kerri especially, she is great to work with!

  Very very unprofessional. During this pandemic they have screwed me around over being late a few days here and there, which I understand dates are dates. But the FACT of the matter is I was unable to make it in to take care of things so I called. Spoke to the manager who is by far the rudest woman I have ever spoken to. Anyway would never recommend them as they do discriminate against certain customers and will put a special lock on those peoples units. I have multiple pics and emails to post as well.

  First of all…storage units are usually dark, dirty, cold and you are NEVER able to speak with a REAL PERSON if there is something that needs to be addressed. This place is the COMPLETE OPPOSITE! Spotless and up to Covid sanitary standards for sure (I am a healthcare professional)! Kerri Is absolutely amazing and treats customers like family. I feel safe when I enter my unit at night because of their state of the art security systems and protocol. Thanks guys! Xoxo
