  So, I moved into my first apartment with my sister. We’d both been excited about having our own place and choosing every element of it, including this beautiful couch and love seat set. This was our first big purchase, and we were eager to bring it to our new home. After transporting the set over 200 miles, we learned that our couch would not fit into our doorway. Between five different people, we tried every combination of movement we could think of. We ultimately resolved that we’d have to sell our brand new couch (that I’d personally fallen in love with.) I actually had both the couch and love seat listed for almost a week when I found Pronto Moving. Taking my mom’s recommendation to find someone skilled in moving couches, I called Octavio Friday afternoon and he was there to move the couch by that evening. Not only did Octavio and his partner expertly maneuver the couch into our living room, but they also were extremely kind, professional, determined, and efficient. Our whole neighborhood celebrated after they got the couch in, as no one expected it would fit. If you’re looking to get a move done that no one else seems to be able to do, Octavio and his team can. I will absolutely be using their services again in the future, and I recommend you do too. p.s. I’m still so appreciative of their service that I’ve been virtually glued to the couch since they got it in the living room.

  Octavio is a master mover. If he can’t make it happen, it’s probably impossible! Great company with years of experience and all the necessary equipment to keep your personal belongings safe during the move.

  Octavio and his crew are THE BEST!!! Octavio has moved me several times over several years. He has moved my grandparents mid-century, fragile, wedding furniture from place to place, always taking immaculate care. I wouldn't trust anyone else with it! This last time, I had furniture in storage. The storage place broke and damaged several pieces. I was not there when the furniture was picked up but the movers took many photos of all damages before it left the warehouse and alerted the warehouse crew so I can file a claim. Octavio always reassembles my electronics and goes way above and beyond, this time he actually went to the store more than once to find the right screws we were missing. They are efficient, careful and communicative. I will never use anyone else!!
