  Call this company after a different company had my family wait 6 hours then canceled on us. However, Quality Towing & Service Center was amazing. I placed my call and within 30 minutes Matt showed up. Matt was very courteous and professional. Matt handled our needs in 15 minutes thanked us for our business and we were all on our way. At 4 in the morning after waiting since 10pm Matt and Quality Towing & Service Center were life savers and a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much.

  I had the ABSOLUTE best experience with this company today! My car overheated and needed to be towed back home. The tow driver, Ben is freaking awesome! He made me feel very comfortable and like a valued customer! He's very professional and readily explained and answered any questions that came up. He's a really nice guy! I will be using this company in the future because of Ben.

  I got my car towed with this company the other night. While it DID take about two hours for them to get there, I was still satisfied with the experience. Can't really fault them for the wait time, as it was a rainy night and that's when the s*** always goes down (not to mention they did tell me up front that it would take that long). The lady one the phone taking my call was very pleasant, as was the man who came to my rescue. My favorite thing was that as soon as he got the key and all the information he needed from me, I was able to just head home... I didn't have to wait or follow him to make sure it got to the shop okay. I'll recommend them in the future for sure. Fingers crossed I won't have to use them again, not because they weren't great, just because I hope my car doesn't break down on me again.
