  BEWARE!!! This is a shady operation with multiple business names, poor customer service, out right lies, in which I’m convinced it is a scam. Read the small print and do not listen to their representative . I am out 1,000’s and they claim there is nothing they can do. The WORST experience ever!!!

  Our company uses their service to store my belongings and ship some to the UK. Movers, who were a different company didn’t pack things were supposed be sent. We called, explained the situation and we’re granted access to the warehouse where they brought down all of our cases. They helped me go thru every single box to locate missing pieces. They were very patient with me and so accommodating. And that makes a huge difference in a very stressful moving process. I highly recommend them!!!

  terrible attention to customers and carriers, the manager of the premises is the worst, a super ugly treatment and aggressive attitudes to others, I do not recommend it to customers or carriers who want to work for this company.

Our staff was busy trying to accommodate your shipment and I am truly sorry that it wasn't happening fast enough for you but again it could have been avoided if you called and made an appointment.
