  After other moving company didn't show up I was able to book them last minute. They arrived and got done quickly. I tried moving a couple boxes before they arrived and stopped. I don't know how movers can do this kind of work. Greatly appreciated for your help.

  We used these guys for are Pod load and unload. This was for the unload. They took care of our furniture. We didn't have enough pads but they had some with them. Another company wanted 3 times the price and wanted to charge us for a truck that wasn't being used just for the movers to do this job. That's why we chose them on both our load in Dallas and then in Plano for unload. They even told us if we ever move again, they can load trucks too they just don't provide them. Our furniture was store 5 months. No damage, great movers.

  I was simply trying to find a company that would load my rental truck for me. I went through a 3rd party site to do this. The site found Rental Truck Help LLC, and they declined my order saying that I had already booked with them when I hadn't. Using a 3rd party app to find someone can be confusing and I have been getting a million calls and emails all day. I had no intention of double booking them. Instead of them calling me to try and figure out what happened, they sent a nasty email back as if I was trying to get over on them in some way. Totally ridiculous! That is poor customer service. I was just trying to get my truck loaded. Why would I double book with the same company on purpose? I had not committed anything to anyone yet so I am confused why they would say that about me. I had already given my credit card information so again... why would I double book? SAD. The message they sent back is as follows: Rental Truck Help LLC ( Moving Labor Only )'s reason: We already had a time for this customer. And they went and booked amother time on another platform which is here. We are not going to do this job. Please find them another company. Cant double book and diff platforms. Just best to find them different movers thanks.

  You are right about the double booking but we saved you from getting charged, We Rental Truck Help did not charge your card, And when you see our response it says, "here" that was on the hireahelper platform. This was all after we had an earlier time slot with you over a nice long phone conversation. You never mentioned hireahelper once and we booked you on our calendar. Then later we got a job order request from hireahelper for a near noon start which we couldn't do based on our afternoon jobs already booked we had a morning available for you from your previous booking we had discussed. To save you from getting charged it was best to let you stay on that platform where they took your card info. We did not. We charge customer at end of job. That's how you book with us before this other booking. To save more confusion we let hireahelper know they could find you a replacement for that time slot since they already had your card. Otherwise you may have wrote us a review about how you got double charge, or charged a cancel fee or worse. To us we saved you. Not sure why you didn't call us back to discuss that you couldn't do a morning start with us and cancel before booking a time that we could not do it, and then leave us a review. We still stepped into action to give you a chance to keep your money that we didn't charge you. If you book with us direct do not give your money to someone else. We have no control over that.
