  Sean and his team are amazing! I had a big name moving company completely not show up or even call me on the day of the move. I scrambled around to find someone who would be able to get us into our new home the very next day and Sean and his team made it happen. They already had a full work day and they came out to help knowing how desperate we were. After they finished their first job at 4 pm they came over around 5:30pm and helped us moved our 3 bedroom home until 10pm that night. I know they were exhausted, but they made it happen! I am forever thankful for these men. They did a fast and amazing job! I would highly recommend and use again! Thank you so much Sean and team! You are all amazing people!

  EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I have an Estate Sale company. I reached out to this company for help for a last minute clean out. They told me they would absolutely be available and would come at 3 pm. I kept asking them if they were ABSOLUTELY SURE they would make it… and that I had another person I could have come. And the guy Shawn told me… no you don’t need to we will absolutely be there to do the job! Well my husband got there early..about 2:30. I called them at that time to be absolutely sure they would be coming as I had a deadline for my client who was closing on her home. Their direct phone kept going right to voicemail. I called their main phone number and it was also not being answered. I sent several text messages… not one single reply. I asked him to please reply and at least give me an answer if they were not able to make it and they never replied. Such a huge loss of income for them. I am always looking for clean outs after every sale, my husband is a realtor and often needs these services. As well as their moving services which our estate sale customers always need when they are purchasing items requiring a mover. This was a huge disappointment. They knew my position and did not have the decency to call and cancel giving me the opportunity to find someone else.. and left me scrambling. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNRELIABLE COMPANY!

  My parents were moving to another apartment. It wasn't a simple move from one destination to another destination. We need to stop at intermediate location, and pickup another piece of furniture. In addition to that, unload has to be the next day. Sean and the team did a great job. We really appreciate how moving was handled. Guys are very professional, price was reasonable, all furniture was carefully packed. We would recommend Rich Soul Movers and Cleanouts to everybody. Thank you !
