So easy to get a unit. Had an emergency was able to secure unit online late at night and move in immediately. Unit nice and clean. Easy to get into and find. Update: The online cancel was so easy and hassle free. Would use this place again.

Two price increases in 16 months. Seems like if you pay your rent on time and treat the property with respect, your the first one they punish. But if you go and leave positive feedback ( otherwise known as bribery) they'll give you a one time discount of ten bucks. Plus the 10.00 a month fee they don't tell you about to cover their insurance. I guess quality Tennant's don't mean anything these days.
