They called me to schedule a delivery time, so I assumed I needed to be home. Fast forward to the day of delivery. I get an email saying the package has been delivered. No one rang the door bell or knocked. They just dropped off the large and heavy package in front of my garage.... behind my car. Good thing I had nowhere to be. Called customer service who told me they only do curbside. Fine, but I should have been informed, and someone should have rang the doorbell and asked where to drop it off out front. The girl was rude and not helpful on the phone. To top it off, the box is damaged. I hope the contents are not damaged. DO NOT use delivery service with this company.

Waited hours after thing off work because website says out for delivery then after 3 hours of waiting after a 10 hour shift look online again and says returned to destination terminal after saying was out for delivery since 9am and then says have to call customer well they are already closedthroughly not impressed with this company

Awful awful awful!!!!! Would never deal with these people again!!!! Scheduled initail pick up for Tuesday. Showed up and because of the mud told me he couldn’t get it. Rescheduled for Thursday and they just never showed up. Called Friday and driver said they did come but nobody was home. But everybody was home and all vehicles were in the driveway. Rescheduled for Friday and yet AGAIN no showed. Absolutely unacceptable. Will deal with somebody else now
