  While moving I was in need of someone to move my Brunswick Gold Crown pool table that is very dear to my heart. After calling for weeks with no response I finally received a text message about scheduling the move. I was in a bind as I was unable to find another company that had availability on the dates I needed so I went ahead and scheduled the service with this company. They came out, had no clue how to take the table apart (I had to help them), which honestly wasn't a problem except the fact that they had scratched my table, broke a brace that attached to the slate, and then tried to charge me to fix it. - After having the table on their trailer they became insistent on taking it back to their shop to repair it and re-delivering it to my new home at a later date. I was uncomfortable with this, expressed my frustration, and then asked that they still deliver the table to my new house, and return at a later date to fix it on-site (agreeing to pay for the extra time). They demanded payment before unloading the pool table into my new home. I paid them, they delivered the table, and then continued to not return calls or text messages to get the table fixed and put back together. I ultimately had to hire Franklin Billiard Company to come and put the table back together, to which I learned that St. Louis Pool Table Movers lost the very expensive rubber pockets that belonged to my table. I would not hire or recommend this company for anything. I am very upset at the entire experience and what it cost me to make their mistakes right.

  Not professional company at all. I hired them to move my table and redo the bumpers. After they took the bumpers and felt I had to argue for over a year to get 6 different prices on what I owed. They wanted me to pay them and they never even fixed the bumpers. I had to contact the BBB to get my bumpers back. After all that I never got my felt or bolts back to put the table back together.

  Absolute garbage company.. not to even call it a company. They have zero customer service, rude, never answers a phone, tries to lure you into spending more money by keeping parts of your table, stating it wasn't agreed upon even though it's clearly stated through text. Then when threatened with a lawyer decided to finally drop off the sides at a random to me, someone he knows porch, for me to pick up.. DO NOT USE THIS COWARD!
