We came into rent a storage unit . We were greeted by Frank who was friendly, pleasant, very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us with the size we needed. He showed us the unit and we selected the unit. He prepared the contract, we signed the paperwork, paid and were on our way in a very short timeframe.
