This is my second experience renting storage space from Secure Storage in Hood River. The first time, several years ago, was an excellent experience so I chose them again for my current storage unit needs. Once again, I am impressed and very happy working with Tammy, the resident manager. She's always helpful, upbeat, and very easy to communicate with. I am relieved to have one concern off my to-do list and am confident this business relationship will be as stress-free as the first time.

Been a customer here for years. It’s been overall a great experience. The high level of security is comforting for storing all of our valuables. I love that the staff are so accommodating and worked it out so we could use their u-haul type truck for sorting out storage in poor weather. The free monthly drawing is a fun added benefit even though in all the years of using this place I keep hoping our unit number is drawn-
