  Rented a unit at West Run location. There is barely parking off road. When I received unit there were mice droppings all over the floor and other small pieces of trash. It was least expensive "climate controlled" units in area. Last week I went to get something out of unit and a case of water I left there was frozen!!!!!!!! These units are not climate controlled at all. I went around the building and there are no signs of any heat source. I moved everything out of there that day. I have called multiple times and sent multiple emails about getting my security deposit and months rent I prepaid back. No response yet. Avoid at all cost!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Nice storage facility. I stored my rv there for a short time and it worked well for my needs. They even offer 24 hour access.

  Beware of this Storage Facility. Claims to be climate controlled. Stored my daughters clothes and dorm items for summer. When I picked them up in August, the storage facility was not air conditioned and felt like 100% humidity. Everything in the unit felt damp and mold was growing on most of the clothing and shoes. I had to throw out half of the clothing and shoes.

  When you place damp items in storage they mold. We do not provide air conditioning but we do provide dehumidifiers.
