  Had a scheduled appointment and it went wrong when they showed up with the wrong size truck. They brought the 14 foot when I requested the 26ft. The service was poor they could have stacked boxes higherand fit more stuff, instead of leaving things behind. I was quoted for 3 hours and agreed to the hourly rate which included leave time and time for them to get back. Poor customer service and attitude and complaining saying they don't get paid enough to move this heave of stuff. Just absolutely poor customer service. Not recommended at all. Ended up being 300 more than was quoted. They find ways to be lazy to get more time from you so it increases your time and there overtime. Things were left behind and things were and heavy sturdy furniture was broken.

  The truck that was sent out was sent out because Mr. Derrick said he only had a two bedroom and a few minor things at an additional residence. When the movers showed up the truck was to small so we had the movers wait until we could have a bigger truck dropped off which only took about 30 minutes. Mr. Derrick did not pay for any of this time, the clock started when the 26ft truck arrived. Mr. Derrick assumed that his two bedroom home with another stop would take only three hours, when we provided the quote we let Mr. Derrick know that we had a minimum of three hours and any anything after that would be pro rated to every 15 minutes. When the driver arrived and realized that the truck was not big enough we also informed Mr. Derrick that the move would take more than three hours. He said he only wanted to pay three hours so we did the best we could to load as much as possible to stay within that window of time which means we had the movers load without stacking things as high as usual so we could do the job as fast as possible. Once we were an hour into the move Mr. Derrick changed his mind and said it would be ok to load more but by that time the truck was already being loaded. My movers are definitely not lazy, the issue with the move was that Mr. Derrick was not organized and was hoping that we could move his entire two bedroom apartment with an additional stop from second floor to second floor in three hours. Mr. Derricks unrealistic expectations caused his stress not my movers. Further more we never charged overtime for Mr. Derricks move, from start to finish the move only took a total of 4.5 hours which included our 1 hour of travel time. I will speak with the crew about complaining on the move we strive to be a professional moving company and hold our employees to a high standard. I apologize you did not receive a 5 star service from my company. No matter what situation we are faced with we try our very best to make sure each and every move is handled with care and professionalism.
