  I recently hired Smart Move to help move my dad to his new apartment. He is a senior, so I was very nervous about hiring the right movers and making sure everything was done fast and professionally. I really had nothing to be nervous about because this family run business is the best of the best. When I hired Smart Move they walked me through everything as I had a lot of questions. I never hired a professional moving company before and was worried. Juan and his son Eddie are extremely honest, hard working and very trustworthy. They were patient and they they did an amazing job. They wrapped everything so efficiently yet still careful and fast . Eddie even gave me advice as to were to place my dad’s bed and furniture as his new apartment space was tricky. I usually don’t go to that much effort to write a review, but this company really deserves the highest praise.

  Don’t use them, I would’ve given them a zero star if I could!!! for below reasons. Mr Blanco Socorro: 1. You got me sign a contract and left without getting my job done. 2. There cause a week delay at my move out date. you didn’t even care to inform me as you said you do!! 3. Now Other company told me the size of truck is no problem in that street. That looks like an excuse to not do the job. 4. You simply don’t care about customers and their lost of time and money. This delay cost me a lot of trouble. How that only your company says the truck size is an issue but not other moving companies I am calling now.

  Used them twice now. Always on time, incredibly friendly men who work very hard and quickly. Great attn to detail and very patient with making decision where furniture should go and rearranging, etc. Will keep using these guys!
