  Ugh! I seriously dislike leaving this review but I am hoping it will help someone else. The two gentlemen that showed up for my move were very nice and this company was great at letting me know they were coming and confirming the apt. I explained in detail that I needed an antique upright piano moved. They confirmed the size of piano and that I had 4 steps leading out of my home. They arrived at my home and everything went downhill from there. One of the two gentlemen was new and being trained. His trainer took FOREVER to explain each thing that they did. Then they only had one dolly, the wrong straps, no ramp etc. etc. etc. Everything they needed to move a piano they had left at the office. It was so bad that I offered to go pick up what they needed but they said nobody was in the office. They asked my son and I to help with lifting and positioning the dolly. It is honestly a miracle that nobody was seriously injured. My son ripped his jeans while lifting the piano out and the one guy laughed! They damaged my walls getting the furniture out and then when we arrived at the storage unit they put the base of my kitchen table on top of an open box of framed artwork. Like seriously! I will be hiring additional help to reorganize what they put into storage and to finish moving what they did not get done. Then at the end of it all they were 18 minutes past the two hour time limit and tried to charge me an additional $100. I called this morning to resolve the issue and explain that I would not be paying the additional $100 for 18 minutes and again was left with disappointment. They agreed not to charge me for the 18 minutes but failed to even apologize for the horrible experience. I wish I would have read the reviews before using this company. I paid $350 for 2 hours of work and got at most 45 minutes of labor. **update** I just went back to my original notes, hourly rate was quoted at $95 hr for two guys and scheduled with Manly Movers, this is a bait and switch. Manly Movers is who you first speak with and schedule but then they send Smooth Movers? And why do these companies both have the same phone number but two different websites? This is terrible watch yourselves closely with this/ these companies.

  I had an awesome experience with Smooth Movers! It was easy to schedule with them. They guys that came were professional, treated my belongings as well as me with respect. I would use them again any day!

  It always makes you feel good when you receive positive feed back but this seriously made my day! It’s honestly not easy trying to find good workers these days. We went threw a couple tough times this year and had some troubles finding hard working and reliable workers. We’re extremely lucky to have all the amazing people that we do right now on our team!
