  The entire process, from getting an estimate, to the day of our move was excellent. Ben is so kind and professional and helpful. The moving team on the day wrapped delicate items well and handled everything with care. They were kind and professional remember which room almost every item needed to go in at the new house from the old house. We also loved that they don't charge an hourly rate, so you aren't staring at your watch the whole time. Moving can be stressful enough, but Southest Van Lines made the process seamless.

  WOW! The entire team at Southeast Van Lines, Inc. are incredible professionals and I STRONGLY recommend this team to help you with your next move. My family just completed a complex and lengthy out-of-state move from the Atlanta GA area that involved selling a home, building a new home, and renting temporary out-of-state housing for 6 months while the new home was being built. Needless to say, it was an extremely stressful process. I originally had every reason to believe that trusting both the 6 month storage and moving of all of our personal belongings to a company that I had never worked with before would be one of the most stressful parts of the process. Benjamin David, the Owner, quickly put me at ease when he visited our home to explain his storage and moving process and provided me with a quote. He answered all of my questions and encouraged me to follow-up with him directly for anything at all. Not only was Southeast's pricing the most reasonable of the quotes that I received, it was evident that Southeast was most interested in earning my trust. The same moving crew both packed my belongings in GA and delivered my belongings to NC. Eli and the crew did a phenomenal job. Nothing was damaged in a process that included unloading and loading in Southeast's Atlanta storage facility. They were all extremely professional and friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with. Their Office Manager, Ronka Campbell, did an amazing job acting as my single point-of-contact throughout the 6 month process. On multiple occasions and with little notice, I contacted Ronka to move our delivery date out due to delays on closing on our new home. Ronka understood the other stresses that I was under and always made accommodations to reschedule us to our desired delivery dates. The flexibility that the company provided to me was both very surprising and incredibly appreciated. It is EXTREMELY RARE for me to take the time to write a positive review. It is also extremely rare to receive such a high level of service from a moving company. From beginning-to-end, Southeast Van Lines eliminated every potential stressful outcome from the process. I can't thank this team enough and I honestly cannot recommend them any higher. Do yourself a favor on your next move and contact these guys. You will not regret it.

  Their guys worked diligently to make sure all my items were moved in one trip. Each item was placed where the labels indicated, along with all the furniture making it without damage and being reassembled. There were a few hiccups discovered the days following the move, but nothing that devalues this company's professionalism. I would you them again.
