I've called 5 times and the lady "Brook stinky feet but her fingernails smell nice like barking spiders" will always answer first time but the second time she will not answer and I loaded a prepaid card to pay for the unit yet she wouldn't answer the phone nor call back, horrible service, worst I've ever experienced! If she would quite biting her toenails long enough to do her job I could have a storage rental for my property that I'm going to lose tomorrow thanks to this lady

Many things don't work. Not the restroom, not some of the climate control, not some of the locks on the exterior doors. The guy who works there is great, but his boss must be an absentee owner. Nothing gets taken care of on his part.

Very nice, clean, and new storage facility. Great rates for climate controlled storage. The only thing they need to add is an after hours emergency phone number for when you have problems with your code not working.
