Process to rent space was very simple, took less than an hour. Customer Service Rep, Shannon W. provided great customer service (which is very rare these days). He was very professional, informative and polite. Building is new, clean and nice.

I had a great experience when I came to the property Shannon was very nice and polite he made my adjustment with no problem and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone the customer service is amazing 😊😊

A friend recommended Extra Space Storage, and I am so glad that she did! Booking the unit online was super easy, and Shannon in the office was so kind. When I went to the office the first time, he offered without my even asking to change my unit to one closer to the access door and with a more convenient layout. I am so pleased with the customer service and with the price.
