We were driving through Brandon last week when a tornado outbreak occurred. Pulled off the interstate in our motorhome to seek shelter. We saw this StorageMax and thought maybe we could pull under the awning til the weather blew over. Manager (Jennifer) came out, and when she undersood our problem, she provided a shelter for us and our vehicle til it blew over. This is the kind of people you want to do business with!!! Thanks again Jennifer!!!!

I had an excellent experience at this facility. The move-in was easy, and the storage area was clean and appeared to be well-maintained. The staff are truly some of the nicest people you will meet. 10/10 would recommend.
