This place is amateur hour at best. I go into the garden center to purchase wheat straw and price ceiling fans. Not busy and many employees just standing around chatting with each other. You can never find anyone to help here. Anyhow, I bought my wheat straw and the girl said they’d be right out to unlock the straw. 15 minutes later and no one comes. I go in and ask. The girl says they’re on their way. Another twenty minutes go by. Nothing. I gave up and got my money back at customer service. They tried hard to talk me out of it, saying the guy was right there at the truck waiting to load me up. I decline in disgust and ask for my money back again. Finally, they refund me and as I walk back to my truck, I notice there is no employee within 100 yards of the wheat straw trucks. Not one person in customer service tried to make this right. They just tried to save the sale and when that didn’t work, got me out the door as fast as possible to ease up their workload. I’ll drive farther and/or spend more money just to avoid this store.

I've spent alot of time here finding lumber for projects and great tool selection. Beware, if paying for anything in cash save receipt. Unable to return their wood products, even with their tag still on it for store credit or cash without the receipt. Also have often found it hard to find willingness to help load large carts of wood in the truck even when an employee walks by while struggling. Would recommend asking for help at register and request a pro loader. Some loaders will avoid helping if they aren't sent out by staff. Otherwise many extremely pleasant staff, and great selection. Prices seem to be comparable to other stores. Never a bad experience here.
